Shock absorbing inserts also reduce foot stress and fatigue by minimizing the impact of each step. Easily worn in most shoe styles, including casual, dress and athletic shoes, the lightweight insoles can be trimmed for a customized fit. The washable insoles are also lined with a soft, antimicrobial material to eliminate unpleasant odors and bacteria buildup.
