How does delivery and setup work?
We deliver to your home, hotel, or vacation rental anywhere in Hampton Roads. Our team sets everything up and shows you how to use it. When your rental period ends, we come back to pick it up. You never have to lift a thing.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Portsmouth, Hampton, Newport News, and surrounding areas. Same-day delivery is available in most of Hampton Roads.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes. Just call us before your rental period ends and we can extend it. We bill on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis depending on what works best for you.
What if I decide to buy the equipment instead of renting?
We apply your rental payments toward the purchase price of the same or similar equipment in our showroom. It is a great way to try before you buy.
Do you accept insurance?
We are a cash-pay provider, so there is no insurance to file and no prescription needed. You will know the full price up front with no surprise bills, and you can take your equipment home or have it delivered the same day. If you would like to use your insurance, you are welcome to pay and request an itemized receipt to submit to your plan yourself, though reimbursement depends on your coverage.
