  How to Use:

  • Gently twist to remove the ergonomic cap
  • Fill the ice bag with standard or crushed ice and a small amount of cold water
  • Replace cap, tightening to prevent leakage
  • Place the Arctic Flex ice bag on the area to be treated for up to 20 minutes

  Care Instructions:

  • Empty the Arctic Flex ice bag out and allow to dry completely before storage
