Great company. Their store has everything! Lawrence and his crew always courteous and go out of their way to help. I had a hard time learning my new insurance and finding the copay. Lawrence went out of his way to contact the insurance to find the options that were available. He also extensively explained how to use the products. The crew relays information in a timely fashion. Very efficient!

Gentleman Derrick was very kind, patient and so very helpful. He listened and helped me purchase items that best suited my needs. Because one of the items was only carried in a much larger size than I needed, Derrick was so kind as to do a Google search to find it for me in the size that best suited our needs. I found this place a year ago and remember walking out with a handful of business cards to give others because I was so impressed with the way I was treated as a customer. I now find myself a year later needing them again and was still treated in the same wonderful way. They are so helpful and if there is something you need that they don't have they will go above and beyond to try and find it for you. Americare is definitely one of the best medical supply stores in Hampton Roads.

I just had the best experience here. My son broke his pinkie finger while skating. We went to the E.R. and they told us to buddy it to his ring finger. He's 11 so we were looking for braces so he could get through school. We came here and someone greeted us right away and helped us by letting us take it out of the package. So nice and kind and very knowledgeable. If you need any kind of medical supplies come here first. Thank you for your kindness
